Why this matters now

When a brand doesn't control its own Amazon listings, it creates a vacuum. Unauthorized sellers -- often using retail arbitrage -- purchase from physical stores at retail price, then list on Amazon with a thin margin. This isn't just lost revenue; it's retail theft at scale. The brand's own wholesale pricing and distribution agreements are being used against it. Every reseller also dilutes the traffic and search rankings the brand already paid to build -- they capture the clicks without funding the ads.
The 1/(N+1) model: each new seller on a listing splits revenue. The brand entering its own listing is just another N+1 -- until they close supply lines.
Sean built and sold Invidica, a marketplace intelligence company. The institutional investors who backed Invidica are already on the ReRoute cap table -- the relationships and the market thesis transferred directly. ReRoute is not a first attempt; it's a second act with proof. The technical foundation, the market knowledge, and the investor trust were all earned the first time around.
